Mendip Activity Centre is the most reputable outdoor activity provider in the South West. Activities ranging from tobogganing amongst other snow sports, frisbee golf, axe throwing to kayaking. You name it, they probably have it. An excellent location for large groups either adults and or children. 1hr drive.

Located on the outskirts of Bristol The Wave is a manmade surfers paradise where you can surf to your hearts content. 1+hr drive.

45 minutes from the property is one of Somerset’s friendliest clubs, With a warm welcome always extended to members and visitors the Parkland course has been sympathetically constructed to maintain and enhance the natural environment and offers 18 challenging holes over 6,000 yards with a par of 70.

Exeter and Bristol are excellent shopping cities. Cabot Circus Bristol (50 minute drive) and Princesshay Exeter (50 minute) have shops ranging from Marks and Spencers to Harvey Nichols ideal for a spot of lunch and some retail therapy.
